Does anyone know how long it takes for GEICO to give my end date to Vanguard.

I was "let go" this week and Vanguard is giving me different answers on my payout. One agent said 7 to 10 business days. Then a supervisor at Vanguard told me that they can not approve my request yet because they still dont see an end date. Does anyone have any ideas or way that I can contact GEICO to see if they can speed up the process? They already cancelled my medical insurance and now I cant get my prescriptions SMH. GEICO is getting on my damn nerves!!!
