Customers are making Apple Pick-up reservations for Apple drop off.

For the past couple of weeks at least 1-2 a day where a client has a reservations to drop off their phone but in Nova it says Apple Pick-up. It seems like they are doing this to get an earlier date to see us for repair.

We are not sure if the clients are doing things or over the phone people or other stores are doing it.

And if you are doing that, please dont. We try to schedule appropriate lunch coverage and its hard to do when its a constant battle of back to back apple check in/repair.
