The way I’ve heard it is that the first slot in every hour is now being opened up for walk-ins, per corporate.
When did this become policy? As an understaffed precinct, we’ve been told that the more tags we close, the more labor hours we’ll get. But we can’t do that if we only have one CA (No ARA) staffed to close the precinct.
And now I’m seemingly constantly being called to take care of walk-ins, only to be told that management is unwilling to do anything to help.
What has everyone’s experience been?
