Is this the norm? Like, unless it’s a glass one I fuckin’ hate doing them. Those stupid fucking plastic shits for the Samsung phones are hot garbage and sometimes I’ll tell the customer “Dude, these suck. I’m getting you a refund and getting you a glass one”.
I swear also no one in Mobile even bothers to try and install them sometimes when they can see we have walk ups AND appointments.
Screen installs=Labor for GS so we on the sales floor are instructed to sell it and send me over but we have a good sync with our GS team setting them up for success
