Hello. I started playing this game recently and I am enjoying it a lot.

Here are my questions:

1. Is there any list or guide for all secondary quests for the achievement "Greatest Adventurer"? I don't usually try for achievements. But I feel like I am really closed to getting this one but feel like I already did everything, I want to get it.
2. This one is a big question. But should I just focus on grinding expedition till my active skills are good enough to do better in northern region or arcane rift?
3. Is it normal for northern region to be difficult or did I just make the worst hybrid class ever? I don't really plan for build, it's just for fun. So I have summon skeleton mage and also using spear. The dmg output of skeleton was struggling in late base game bofore. And after base game, they have become close to useless. Skeleton mage at least help somewhat with range magic. But even then the fights are more like battle of attrition against even one Yeti or a group of enemies consisting of basically anything in northern region.
4. How to get epic rank jewelry or trinket? Especially trinket. Honestly unfortunate that I can't craft good jewelry. I expected more options to craft. Is there like a epic necromancer ring or something available without the epic quest for guild?
5. Can I upgrade or improve cloak like armor, weapon or jewelry?

Honestly I do understand I made some big mistakes in my character. My character only has 1 strength. But focus on melee too and summon. So the only good chest armor I found was the crafted one which gave both melee and dark magic dmg increase. Couldn't find epic rank chest armor with both melee and dark boost.
