Hi,

The 22nd of January there was an offer on Epic (and other platforms too) to buy this game with a discount, having a founder edition on Geforce NOW and seeing that it was in the list of playable games I bought it. As soon as I've bought it I've tried to launch it but nothing I get the error: 80350030 (screenshot: https://imgur.com/BVldmrR)
I've checked the list of the games under maintenance but it wasn't mentioned, so I've opened a thread on Nvidia Support tech forum (here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/gfn-tech-support/46/429384/cannot-launch-ghost-recon-breakpoint/) I've received answers from other users in a similar situation, but never from the support staff, I didn't find another way to signal the problem to Nvidia, it has been more than one month now and I still can't play that game, every now and then I check it but nothing.

Any suggestion on what to do next? (a part from waiting or downgrade my account)
