BF2042 super laggy on GFN Priority

Why is battlefield 2042 so damn laggy on GFN? I use priority and some matches with less player clutter seems to be okay but as soon as I go into heavy deathmatches or literally any high caliber mode I start seeing massive lag and mouse input delays.
Are they ever gonna fix this? I really don’t want to upgrade to Ultimate just to play the game properly, when everything else in my library on Priority works fine already.
