So I had a friend staying with me for a few months and she didn't have her gaming pc with her so I added her Steam account to my Geforce Now account. She's now back home so she doesn't need it anymore. For some reason now though whenever I try to log into my geforce now account it connects to her steam account no matter what I do.

Things I've tried:

Disconnecting her Steam account and resyncing mine (multiple times)
Deleted her Steam off of my pc (Don't know why that would do anything but I tried)
Uninstalling and reinstalling Geforce Now app on my pc
Looked at a Reddit post that said to turn on family sharing because it lets you choose which account to log into (Didn't work)

I'm at a loss, the only thing I can think of is just canceling my subscription and making a new Geforce Now account. I'm at a loss how to fix this. Anybody have any ideas I haven't tried?
