instant replay not working

hi y’all i’ve been having issues with instant replay not capturing anything. after pressing the hot key it says it has recorded gameplay but after taking a look at where the videos should be stored, they do not appear anywhere. it has been an issue for the last 2 weeks. i uninstalled and re installed geforce experience but it’s still not working :/
has this been happening to anyone else?
