Midnight is the darkness without Karlie

So if Karlie is the sun/golden/daylight, then midnight is the darkness without her.
Also, nighttime is dark and colorless, so the bright, joyful colors of Pride aren’t present. It’s almost a antithesis to lover era. Which could be interpreted as her battle in the shadows of being closeted.
(Hopefully that’s not considered too low effort, i just made the connection and thought I’d share.)
