Do you guys think Taylor's ever proposed or been proposed to? If so, who?

I was talking about Coney Island to a friend today and when the line "sorry for not winning you an arcade ring" came up, I thought about other marriage/infidelity/cancelled engagement references Taylor's made. Several songs like lover, paper rings, the 1, illicit affairs, champagne problems, lavender haze, high infidelity, etc. make me think that someone either turned her down, or she rejected THEIR proposal. I know there's a rumour that Dianna proposed, but I'm not sure if it's true because I haven't seen much evidence that confirms it (if you have some though, do share). I don't think she and Karlie were ever gonna get married either and that Karlie always knew in her mind she'd pick Josh in the end, but it's possible Taylor still had hopes of marrying her and felt broken when it didn't look like that would ever happen. Ivy also talks about someone cheating on their husband or fiance, so maybe that's something Karlie did for a while even after getting engaged to Josh and Taylor's still reeling from that guilt. Anyways, do you have any theories about who might have proposed, cheated, whatever, and what might have happened between them? Or, do you believe a proposal never occurred in Taylor's life but it was just some internal desire she had?
