What were some of your “aha!” moments that seem so obvious to some, but could be limiting others without realizing it?

Some of mine are:

To help grip strength, you actually have to grip! I’ve had weak wrists and a weak grip for a while, but it never clicked that it can easily be fixed by fixing your form on movements. Increasing how hard you squeeze a bar or how you grip the ground during a push up will strengthen those muscles.

Thinking about where on your muscle you’re pulling from and what joint is hinging can be way more effective than just thinking about the movement as a whole.

Retracting your shoulders isn’t an up motion, but instead a down and around motion.

What are some of yours?
