What’s up y’all! Happy new year!
Rolling into 2022, what are everyone’s goals to crush for the year?
For me it’s to improve my form and execution on all lifts across the board, get my bench up in weight a bit more, improve my mobility, and gain some serious muscle! I’ve been plateauing for a while now, so the pull back and reset of form is going to be huge to propel me to the next level or performance.
