I live in rural West Virginia outside of Elkins, West Virginia where I taught in the county public schools for 30 years. At this point in my life I own my house, So I am not prepared to move out of state nor am I looking for a housemate. I enjoy Culture events such as symphony concerts, opera, ballet, Broadway musicals and plays. I like to visit historical sites such as battlefields, forts, restored towns (ex. Colonial Williamsburg), touring old houses such as Monticello and Mount Vernon, visiting a variety of museums, galleries and flower conservatories. I am a musician (flutist) who plays music in small ensembles with friends on a weekly basis. This is who I am and I have rather unique interests.
