Hello Sirs and subs. I’m reaching out in hopes of some good ideas and suggestions for a punishment for myself.

I somehow accidentally turned “do not disturb” on and missed a message from my Sir. It was almost 3 hours prior that he messaged me. I try to respond to him almost immediately (unless there’s not a chance for me to be at my phone. He’s aware of this beforehand). But this is now the 2nd time I’ve missed a message due to my own negligence and I know for a fact, I deserve a punishment of some type, but I was hoping to kinda make Sir a bit happier by inflicting my own punishment without him needing to waste his time telling me.

Things I have to work with. - chastity cage - 2in by 5.5in plug - panties - diapers - a notepad for sentences - not opposed to going and getting things at the grocery store either if I don’t have something that’s suggested - permanent markers

The more humiliating, degrading, nasty, the better to hopefully teach me a lesson in being more disciplined and diligent.
