"Hey there, please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Zander, I'm a 20 year old gay guy. I've got green eyes and blonde hair. I'm about 6'1 and last time I checked I was about 235lbs, I guess you could say im chubby. But being the captain of the football team also makes me pretty strong so stocky would be a better description even though most of that muscle is hidden underneath my fat. Oh and im a top, love to be a little rough at times too.

I'm just starting my junior year of college and have been thinking about getting a place of my own. Ive been living on campus the last 2 years, but i figured it was time to break free and follow my own path. Since my parents are pretty rich ive got quite a nice trustfund i can tap into to buy myself a place and decided id just go for it.

I hopped on my pc and started looking at listings near campus, the cheaper stuff wasnt really for me so i started looking at the more expensive houses, thats when i found the place of my dreams. A black mansion, outdoor and indoor pool, hottub, jacuzzi everything. This house just screamed my name so without hesitation i called the realtor and put in an offer worth 1.3 million which got accepted instantly. And so it happend i moved into my own place.

As the new school year was about to start i kept thinking about renting out a room and getting a roommate, not that i needed the money but i did need the company. I turned on my pc and designed an awesome looking poster.

"Roommate wanted. 21 year old guy looking for a roommate. Im offering one large bedroom with private bathroom along with the shared kitchen and livingroom and plenty luxuries. After I finished my poster i was quite pleased with myself and decided to take a short trip to campus and hang my poster all over the place.
