History/Lore-

In Edinburgh Scotland, there are said to be a a small tribe of males called the Wulver tribe; a family of predominantly males said to have descended from the Wulver of Shetland, a creature with the head of a wolf and the body of a man. The Wulver is said to have bred the first member of the Wulver tribe; and their offspring were humans with the ability to transform into larger than average wolves.

The Wulver tribe lived mainly on the outskirts of society for most of their existence due to a rival clan. Who were the rival clan you ask? The Darcy’s.

The Darcy tribe were beautiful men and women, typically blessed with striking ginger hair, forest green eyes, and moonlit pale skin. They were referred to by the Wulver tribe as the “fuar” ladies, as most of them were women, and their skin was said to be colder than ice (fuar meaning cold in Gaelic).

The Darcy tribe belonged to a growing minority of the baobhan sith. The Baobhan Sith were brought around when Scottish male sorcerers used their magic to manifest female company without using protective measures. What they got were beautiful women who could shapeshift, and would be attracted by the blood of man, dancing with them to seduce them before killing them.

However with the modernising culture of men and women, the Baobhan Sith had to shift their methods, and evolved to be both male or female, be completely human in appearance, with enhanced senses and strength, as well as improved speed. They were however cursed by a higher up member of the Wulver tribe, requiring them to be rendered near catatonic without blood to consume, and to have a recognisable scent to Wulver tribe members.

Throughout history, the two tribes fought for dominance, and the Wulver tribes were forced to the outskirts and the borders, however, in modern times, the pair had an agreement to keep out of each others way, and not to hunt on each others land.

Characters- Jake Wulver: Jake Wulver is a 25 year old member of the Wulver tribe living in a rural area of Edinburgh named Dean Village, a quaint town with colourful architecture and a warm atmosphere. He lives with his six brothers (Sam- 18, David- 21, Arthur- 24, Chris and Tanner- 27, and Leo- 28), his father (Kirk- 52) and his mother (Karen- 50). Jane and Sylvia (David and Tanner’s girlfriends respectively) also lived at the home.

Ethan Sinclair is a 24 year old male who lived at home in Dallas, Texas with his fun loving father (Jackson- 45,) and step mom (Leah- 40). But had to move to Dean Village with his distant and emotionally unavailable mother (aria- 44), due to her getting a university place at Edinburgh university.

Fredrick Darcy: (human wise in terms of appearance he is 28 years old, but in vampire terms he would be around 178) is a Darcy and descendant of the Baobhan sith. He’s stunningly beautiful and a lethal hunger. Lives with his tribe. (Stephan- 19(37), Gabriel- 24(76), Adrien- 23(94), Ariana- 27(203), Claire- 28(110), Artemus- 45(300))

Plot(rough)-

Ethan moves to Edinburgh and is immediately pursued and hunted by the Darcy’s, causing the Wulver tribe to protect Ethan when Jake falls in love with him.

This plot is barebones because I want us to develop it together into something we are both happy with. —————————————————

This is obviously a rewrite of twilight based around Scottish mythology. As mentioned. All characters are over the age of eighteen.
