Living in the Florida panhandle and having my space listed on Airbnb itβs been a challenge to assure LGBTQ travelers that my home is a welcoming and safe space. Heading into the summer season in the extremely busy memorial day weekend here in Pensacola, I added the following statement to my listing, in order to accomplish that:
A proud LGBTQIA safe place. π³οΈβπ
If youβre a host, what are some other ways that you have shown potential guests that you are welcoming?
As a traveler, what would help you to feel most comfortable in booking with an LGBTQA host?
