What does maximum impact do for you?

Why do people use maximum impact instead of regular popper?
I got maximum impact and it is not like poppers but strong like it feels like it numbs you which makes sense given the drug was for anesthesia. But how does this help guys when fisting? I imagine it must somehow help but I can’t really feel much on it. Doesn’t it open your whole wider and deeper?
