In physics it's well known that every person lives in their own fundamental reality, built on your life experience, what you know, social narrative, and framing. You are the only person who knows you are, dont lie to yourself, dont value your worth on the other people's opinion. Everyone is different, dont judge others, when somebody's attacking another group more than likely they are that. we live in a quantum universe, nothing is linear, nothing is absolute. Fundamentally everything is a probability and a spectrum. Almost nothing is black or while but a big gray spectrum.

Do as much broad spectrum research, be open-minded never stop learning, accept yourself because you're unique you're special and you're the only one living in your own reality.
