How do you find actually friends?

I know it’s easy to get friends but what you supposed to do if they don’t give the same energy back? I have friends but the problem is they don’t talk to me unless I text them that makes me feel lonely so i don’t text them and days go by and still they don’t text me this happens every time I get a new friend 😠(if you’re wondering why i don’t get friends irl it’s because my parents won’t let me have friends irl)
