So I’m sorta in denial about how I feel towards my classmate. Ever since he mentioned his encounter with a girl who he sorta likes, asked him straight up if “he was gay?”

He told my friend and I, in verbatim, “I haven’t thought about it.” Which rocked me a few days later because I really enjoyed that day when the three of us hung out.

I initially just wanted to be friends with him. But after he said that, I don’t know…

I think I’m open to liking him and possibly dating him…

But what kills me are that he seems soo straight, and comes from a super conservative Chinese family. Although he seems pretty chill despite that, I don’t think he’d even consider swinging that way.

And on top of everything, I just don’t want to get hurt.
