Redditors who have been having issues with being able to post may have a little bit of a fix.
One of our kind Redditors have identified that tapping on this area can present the tag selector and allow you to progress through to submitting your post.
Reddit will most likely fix this issue in a future update release of their app however for now this should hopefully get you through.
Failing this you can still use the browser workaround as seen our previous post (see comments for link).
