Ok. So I am going through the lovely side of my body not properly wanting to signal hunger. I literally feel like my body is basically telling me nah I'm good. I don't have any blockages in my intestines. Just got checked by er. But labs etc made them say I am dehydrated and having nutritional issues. Now I am trying to force food usually successful once a day. But the shakes I tried didn't help enough to fool my body into taking the nutrients. I have lost at least 30lbs. in like 2 weeks of having my body not want food. This is also with some bloating weight. I also have had hair loss of pretty decent amount at the same time. ER doctor said to try a different shake because all they can do right now is fluids. I am in-between GI doctors due to insurance changes with providers. (Honestly may work out for the better for me.) So figured I would see what you all suggest to try and get in more nutrition. Plus waste tons of time and money on trial and error for what won't work. This is why I figured I would pick your brains since doctors' are clueless at the moment. Thank you in advance everyone.
