My partner has had a 5 month bout of GP and is still pooping tiny amounts but throws up 80-90% of the food she eats (it's not food specific, can keep down some liquids). She still is binge eating at night and is an emotional eater, she is really holding on to being able to eat the foods she used to be able to (I totally understand this and am not trying to make her feel bad, but she is having worse and worse symptoms of malnutrition and I just want her to feel some kind of relief and get some more nutrition down) and not eating during the day, and I would really like to find her something that she can drink and keep down for the day time when she does not want to eat and throw up. We're both autistic however I am taking some initiative and researching all I can for her appointments and helping her take her supplements. she has a hard time advocating for herself without gp and an easy time wanting to give up and dissociate, let alone now that she hasn't been able to eat normally at all. Stay strong y'all, this shit is crazy. thanks for suggestions.
