Nj tube is in! Any tips for dealing with pain in the nose from the bridal?

Will the pain eventually go away? How about tips for the discomfort in the back of the throat? I know it’s normal, but I feel like there’s a ball of mucus in the back of my throat that I’m constantly trying to swallow down.
