Struggling (I Don’t Know What’s Normal for “Mild” GP)
Post Body

No vomiting! Does anyone else veryyy rarely vomit? I have just pain, full feeling, bloating, and nausea. But LORD the nausea. It’s really difficult to deal with.

I’m really struggling to eat right now. I’ve been struggling for the last month. It comes in waves of a few days. Right now I’m on a liquid diet. Gatorade, soup, protein drinks (they claim that “Milk Protein Isolate” doesn’t have much lactose, I’m holding them to their word on that one...).

When I ate more, it would hurt a lot. At least I avoid the pain this way. But I’m getting weak from not really eating. And when I try to eat the GERD and nausea are overwhelming.

So liquids it is. I’m just getting depressed from being stuck in bed with this, plus not being able to eat anything I enjoy. I LOVE food. Not anymore though... not when this is what it does to me. But I did once.
