How to manage GP while having a stomach virus?

I’ve got a stomach virus that’s going around right now. And I’m struggling. My food isn’t getting broken down properly I can see it in my stool, the food and pain is all sitting in my epigastric region. I’m starving all the freaking time even though I’m eating. Been eating a bland diet. How do I get stuff moving and be less hungry?
