I’m getting a GJ tube soon and as terrified as I am I can’t wait to have something steady bc right now I can barely get down a full meal and I’ve done all the meds treatments and surgeries and I’ve been declining like this for years. But every once in a while, usually if I smoke enough weed, I’ll be able to eat and I’ll end up binging. I’ll be in so much pain I actually have to put ice on my stomach for a few days after and I’ll be extremely distended and nauseous, and it’s not like it’s super satisfying in the moment either. In many ways yes it’s nice but at the same time it’s like my body is just so hungry and this is the only chance it gets to eat and so it just takes over, it’s just sad and nauseating. Does this happen to you all?
