Can someone explain to me what this result means in layman’s terms?

Had an endoscopy done & on the paperwork, the result said

“Sections show oxnytic mucosa. A small lymphoid follicle is present. The lamina propria has a mild diffuse lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. “
