So I was diagnosed with moderate gastritis and my only symptoms are a burning feeling all over my belly some minor small pain that comes and goes nothing severe and sometimes loose stools, some burping and sometimes acid reflux but isn’t bad no nausea no loss of appetite I still get hungry but I am loosing weight because I restricted myself from a lot of things to heal properly, my thing is I see people on the subreddit with really severe brutal symptoms unnoticed mostly everyone on here has nausea loss of appetite and light headedness why am I not experiencing these symptoms ? Not that I want to but I have moderate chronic gastritis and faintly have any symptoms. Hopefully I’m healing but who knows
