Is there any hope ? Can we actually fully heal from gastritis ? I have chronic moderate gastritis since April Of this year only symptoms I have a burning feeling inside stomach that comes and goes and some small stomach pain and acid reflux and loose stools, no nausea or loss of appetite but I am loosing weight because I can’t Eat foods that I want to eat I mainly stick to apples, bananas, oatmeal with almond milk, rice, boiled chicken I’ve seen others in here who have actually way more brutal symptoms but I just want to heal already I miss eating good food. I also get really bad anxiety from gastritis 😔
