My symptoms?

So was diagnosed with hpylori and chronic moderate gastritis back in march started antibiotics April 1 and finished April 15 after antibiotics I was feeling fine but then Labor Day weekend I ate some chorizo and since then my gastritis has been acting up not really any pain maybe some but my only main symptoms are burning feeling in the stomach no pain just burning sensation and loose stools and some pain on the right side rib sometimes left anyone else ?
