I am male 29 years old I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis due to hpylori symptoms I have are minor stomach pains and if I eat at night I wake up with my stomach h growling as if I was hungry but Iām not then my stomach rumbles then I feel nauseous, my question is does gastritis change your bowels ? Certain foods give me diarrhea And is gastritis cureable? Does anyone get lower stomach cramping or any kind of abdominal cramping with gastritis ?
