Post Body

I just had my first ever flare up this weekend and judging by some of these threads itโ€™s only mild acute.

Iโ€™ve started a bland diet since yesterday. My upper left bloating has gone down significantly, still a bit tender to touch my abdominal muscles.

I train usually 5 times a week Jiu jitsu and couple times a week in Muay Thai as well as lifting weights.

I assume I should be fine to keep lifting? But im just wondering about the physical contact of grappling or taking a punch to the body.

Would this be of any real danger ? Or would it just be painful but not serious?
