Anyone else have weird pains ALL over digestive area and midsection?
Post Body

I’m getting worried about this so I thought I’d ask if anyone else experiences anything similar.

My usual gastritis pain occurs in my upper left abdomen just under the ribs, and I’m not too worried about that one. But lately, I’ve also been experiencing pain/discomfort in other areas not typically associated with gastritis. I intermittently have a somewhat intense pain right over my pubic bone that radiates up to the left a little. Sometimes it is sharp. And this is super embarrassing, but it’s been hurting up my anus too. The other day, I ate something I wasn’t supposed to (peanut butter) and immediately both the anus pain and the usual gastritis pain started up. About a week ago or more, I started to feel uncomfortable pressure in my lower right abdomen where the appendix is supposed to be. It felt like a knot of muscles cramping up or spasming, sometimes pretty intensely. When I pressed the area gently it felt like sore/tender muscles. I pressed it hard, and it felt very uncomfortable. When I picked up my dog, his body pressed against the area, and it hurt and felt tender and the pressure increased a lot. It bothered me to walk but I still went for a walk around the neighborhood. After that night, I never felt that kind of discomfort again. In the morning, it was gone. But today, a week or more later, it’s back again. I noticed it gets worse when I move in certain ways. Like when I turned the light switch on with my foot. (Mom has covid and I’m afraid to touch things.) I’m really worried it’s appendicitis.

These symptoms have been causing me loads of stress. I’m scared they’re a sign of something worse, like cancer. I know it’s a long shot and the answer is probably no, but if any of you have experienced anything similar, it would really put my mind at ease to know that.
