does covid make gastritis worse ?

I was feeling so well these last few weeks and suddenly I find myself in a flare again, badly digesting food, constant stomach pain, nausea, burning. I've read that covid can show up as stomach pains so I was wondering 🤔 I'm going to the hospital today for another issue I'm having tho, I have no other symptoms but I do hope they test me. Wish me luck guys
