I’ve been eating white rice, lentils, chicken, zucchini, and cabbage for the past two weeks and have been doing ALOT better. Is there any way I can have a sandwich that’s gastritis friendly? What can go on it? And how many people do well with gluten free bread? I have a bread maker, so luckily I can make it homemade.
Depends on the person. I have had low sodium turkey, with white bread and avocado. Has not upset my stomach, just bloated, which always happens when I eat gluten. No lettuce because i can’t have raw vegetables yet. Try a small amount of bread, and see how you react.
