So guys, I posted a few days ago about struggling with the awful anxiety that this condition causes and I’ve been searching for ways to fix it. I said I would try L-theanine supplements after reading everything I could on them. So after a few days of taking them at peak anxiety hours I’m happy to report back that they, in addition to regular camomile tea drinking, do help soothe the physical symptoms of anxiety that we gastritis guys and gals face. They come in both powder and pill forms and I typically crush them and mix it into my water. Currently I take 200mg in the mornings when my anxiety is at its highest and try to relax with some modern family and a few podcasts. It’s not a cure all, but it can help with the physical, anxious feeling that can come. If anyone tries it let us know ✨
