Can you drink ensure while healing gastritis ?

I realize that since I’m on the PPI’s my body might not be absorbing enough nutrients from what I might be eating. Noticing floaty stools as well. So just to make sure I’m getting enough calories and nutrients i was thinking about ensure. Just wondering what you guys think ?
