New to this subreddit, gave me much reassurance

Last month I was diagnosed with gastritis after a painkiller overdose (severe period cramps). It’s been a struggle honestly I thought I’d get better after a week 😭🤣. I get so paranoid that I’m still in mild pain and something else might be wrong w me. Reading here I realize that healing is a journey and a long one at that. I was starting to feel a bit better and yesterday I had pineapples for breakfast (crazy I know that now) and my stomach got inflamed again and I threw up multiple times 😭. I’m so glad I found this subreddit! I have not been eating to heal this properly hahaha. Thank you guys
