Gastritis and Sinuses

Hi all! I had my worst gastritis symptoms in January and February. Late March has seemed to be the start of my gradual healing. However, last week my allergies seemed to flare up after a walk. So most of my Saturday was spent with a runny nose and sneezing. This week I have post-nasal drip and looks like my sinuses are inflamed. Does anyone go through similar symptoms?

FYI: Last time I had gastritis 4.5 years ago, I ended up with a pretty bad sinus infection. I have a feeling I’m getting the same thing again.
