Just wanted to share how grateful I am that decided to search gastritis this morning on Reddit. I’m about 2 months into my flare-up of gastritis and I last had it 4.5 years ago. I lost my discipline with 2020 and wasn’t eating as well, plus the stress of the year and family getting covid this past December into January did not help.

I have my good days and bad days. Not such a great day yesterday and this morning, but compared to a month ago - much better.

Reading through the posts here made me feel not so alone. Thank you all so much, one day at a time we’ll get through this!
