Had Gastritis for about a year now. Sick of all the yo yo'ing so I've made some fairly drastic changes. I was a low carb, somewhat high fat and intermittent fasting guy. But now after doing some research, I am eating 3 small meals a day and a more balanced diet. I used to not eat til 1p. Now I am eating breakfast. Also I have cut out caffeine and switched to decaf. If I do have bread, it's a 4 ingredient sourdough .It's only been 2 weeks but no flare ups. Haven't taken any kind of meds or OTC stuff either. It's obviously still there.. like a 1 out of 10. But hopefully these changes will be worth while.
