Alcohol makes me have the worst symptoms (aka I’m most likely to throw up when I drank heavily), but when the symptoms started I was maybe having one drink a night except for maybe one weekend of more drinking once a month. My only other symptom is lots of burping, which has been constant, and first showed up when I drank coffee in the afternoon on an empty stomach. As for ibuprofen, I wasn’t taking it everyday, but I’d take four at a time when I did, and I never worried about food in my stomach. Could coffee if pain killers be the root cause, and the symptoms are just exacerbated by alcohol? I know my dad’s allergic to aspirin so maybe there’s something there
