My only symptoms are burping constantly and occasional vomiting from alcohol or exercise. I my case mild meaning it will heal quicker?

I’ve been on a bland diet and lots of meds for 6 days and I just want a burger and a beer 😩
But I was on two meds (one of which I'm still taking) and not really changing anything about my diet except trying (and usually failing) to limit alcohol, and to have coffee only once a day and with food in my stomach, and that did help. After a month, when I threw up it was just a top layer or so, and not the entire contents of my stomach
