Gastritis and getting high- symptom relief?

Hi! Ive been suffering from the left rib pain/pressure a lot- yesterday I got high and now the sensation is almost not existent. Has anyone experienced this? Dont get me wrong I still feel it but its not like a pressuring balloon anymore. Might be temporary but… also constipated today, No stool yet.
