Does anyone else get a “Body Rush or Jolt” right up the center of their chest, when trying to fall asleep? Esophagus spasms for hours? I’ve barely slept in the past 3 days.

It feels like a knock in the center of the chest when it spasms. It seems the antacids are making it worse.

Current Symptoms Daily (everything I can think of, because I know people are always trying to relate) -Numb Left Arm/Fingers -Burning Throat, and “something stuck in throat feeling” -Side Head (mainly left), and behind eye pressure (Headband feeling) -Tremors in my head -Can hear/feel my heartbeat in the center of my chest -Only comfortable sleeping on my right side, sleeping on my left hurts -Feels like my stomach is always vibrating -Heavy Gas (only after taking Tums) -Pressure under left side breast -Weird “Body Rush” up the center of my body when trying to sleep -Slight Vertigo feeling

My history with GERD (M-26) -Diagnosed at 23 -Terrible Gastritis flare ups every few months -NO ISSUES for years up until a few months ago (thankfully) -I was on Protonix, and everything was fine -Gastro mentioned a possible Haital Hernia back in 2020, but I was in the middle of having a kid, and moving a state away, so never followed up. -Haven’t been to a Gastro in the past 3 years (no issues for a long time)
