Just discovered my PPI contains talc & so do most of the other PPIs & H2Blockers… what’s next?

So I found out the ppi I’m taking contains talc. My first instinct was to inform my doctor about it so that I can be switched to a different medication, but most of the other PPIs contain talc as well. I even looked up some of the H2Blockers like Famotidine & same thing. Is the talc really a concern?
Also, forgive me for posting on a roll today. I’m just frustrated about these meds after taking them for so long & need some help on other options.
