Ever since I’ve been diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis back in April of 2022 I’ve been having weird muscles spasms/twitching like on my face now sometimes my lip twisted or my forehead not constantly but I feel it. I get random spams and twitches on my body sometimes, I doubt it has anything to do with gastritis but doesn’t anyone else have this to ?
